Do you want an efficient loading and unloading system? Spiro’s main product, the innovative Spirofloor schuifvloer is applicable for the automatic loading and unloading of trailers, lorries, containers and all kinds of stationary systems. The way the Spirofloor schuifvloer works is based on the difference in frictional resistance between the floor and the load.

A modern and multifunctional schuifvloer
The Spirofloor is our latest horizontal moving floor, also known as a schuifvloer, especially designed to solve waste handling problems. The Spirofloor schuifvloer features hardened aluminum floor profiles which are hydraulically controlled. The load is transported in a constant cycle, in either direction at variable speeds. We designed three configurations to suit different operating requirements:

• Static conveyer floors or schuifvloeren for use in applications such as waste processing plants.
• Truck or trailer floors for applications where discharge rates are high;
• Lightweight lorry floors for applications where discharge rates are even higher.
